The Property Management Department is headed up by Michelle Whitehead who has developed something of an expertise when it comes to Landlord and Tenant liaison, as well as having a sound knowledge of management accounts, service charge accounts and the coordination of contractors and service providers.
Michelle is supported in the Property Management Team by all three Directors in the business, John Dillon, Jonathan Mountford and Mark Davies and Consultant Surveyor Bill Fellows, to ensure that all of our management clients have up to date local market knowledge with practical planned management programmes developed by our Building Surveying Team and a succinct process to deal with rental arrears and tenant vetting.
Michelle’s diverse experience in both accountancy and business management, together with her ability to provide first class customer service, enables her to carry out her role with GJS Dillon efficiently and effectively.

Managing the Riverside Development in Kidderminster Exchange Street Properties
On completion of the new £3 million leisure development known as Riverside in Kidderminster town centre, GJS Dillon were appointed by Exchange Street Properties to collect the rent and set up a service charge arrangement with respect to the three new tenants in the building (being Loungers, Bistro Pierre and Coffee No One), with one vacant unit.
