GJS Dillon Brings Refurbished Worcester Office Space To Market To Help Ease Office Shortage

April 2018

GJS Dillon has brought nearly 14,000 sq ft of refurbished office space onto the Worcester property market to help ease the growing shortage of quality office accommodation in the city and along the M5 corridor.

Available over two floors, of 6,736 and 7,174 sq ft, Red Hill House is situated immediately adjacent to Worcester’s Waitrose superstore, on the main A44 London Road on the eastern side of the city, half a mile from Junction 7 of the M5 motorway and one mile from the city centre.

The open plan offices have been completely refurbished and offer good natural light, modern suspended ceilings, comfort cooling, raised access floors, and kitchen and toilet facilities on both floors, with a dedicated reception area.  There are 53 allocated car parking spaces.  The quoting rent is £12psf exclusive.  A further 2,304 sq ft of basement storage space is also available at a quoting rent of £2psf.

Red Hill House is already the UK headquarters of national charity The Royal Life Saving Society UK which took a 20 year lease on 8,500 sq ft of office space in 2016.

According to letting agent Mike Pritchard, Red Hill House will appeal both to growing Worcester businesses, and to organisations looking for quality accommodation along the M5 corridor, to take advantage of the area’s buoyant economy.

He says: “There is a shortage of quality office accommodation in and around Worcester at present.   With very few properties available which offer more than 5,000 sq ft, Red Hill House is well suited for larger organisations looking for office space in the city.”
