Adam Jones, Director of Property Asset Management at GJS Dillon, has been approved as an RICS Registered Valuer. Mr Jones, who recently joined the Worcestershire commercial property consultancy, becomes the fourth member of the GJS Dillon team to become an RICS Registered Valuer.
Valuer Registration is a risk monitoring and quality assurance programme which checks compliance with the RICS Red Book. It ensures the highest valuation standards are met which offers protection and confidence to both valuers and clients.
Mr Jones says ‘I’m delighted to become the fourth member of the GJS Dillon team to qualify as an RICS Registered Valuer. Professional standards are an essential part of our ethos here at GJS Dillon and this will provide added assurance to our clients that we are committed to providing an outstanding valuation service’.
The Valuation and Professional Services Team at GJS Dillon deal with commercial and residential valuations and Homebuyers Reports together with commercial rent reviews and lease renewal negotiations. The department acts as Panel Valuer for most of the main High Street banks and lending institutions, however it is equally skilled at acting for individuals, property companies and SIPP and SASS pension funds when it comes to the valuation of premises.
