Demand for freehold commercial property in Bromsgrove remains high

The sale of the freehold of a modern two-storey office building in Bromsgrove has been successfully negotiated by Worcestershire commercial property consultancy and Chartered Surveyors GJS Dillon.

Demand for freehold commercial property remains very high, according to Andrew Lewis, GJS Dillon’s Associate Director who negotiated the sale. ‘Demand for offices in Bromsgrove has remained resilient and the small floor plates in the business parks have attracted companies looking to downsize’ says Mr Lewis ‘As highlighted in our Market Report earlier this year, premium rates are being achieved for the sale of freehold commercial property and Bromsgrove’s popularity as a location has increased as a result of the pandemic as office occupiers move out of Birmingham’

Acting on behalf of the vendor, Mr Lewis sold the freehold of 17A Harris Business Park in Bromsgrove to a private investor. The property, which measures 5,470 sq ft, consists of a detached office building providing open plan and cellular office accommodation.  Harris Business Park is a purpose built development on the outskirts of Bromsgrove town centre, close to the M5 and M42 motorways.
