GJS Dillon was asked to complete a full Building Survey of a farmhouse with additional barns as part of an agricultural small holding with residential accommodation. The original farmhouse is timber framed with brick infill panels which have been historically over rendered and decorated with a pitched tiled roof over the main building. Due to the size of the site the additions that had been formed over the years and upon being notified of a sinkhole to the rear, a full report was required.

The survey was completed to outline any defects and state identifiable risks as to those which may have been hidden. Additionally, associated budget costings for maintenance works were provided within a tight deadline to assist with the sale of the property.
