In June 2015 GJS Dillon were instructed by Maximus to manage the service charge, and the retained units, of the 42,000 sq ft Wildwood Triangle office park.

Wildwood Triangle is a modern state of the art courtyard office scheme comprising of five self-contained office buildings situated off Wildwood Way near to County Hall, Worcester. Developed in 2005/06 by Maximus a Worcester-based privately owned development and investment property company.

Maximus also developed the 45,000 sq ft Topaz site in Bromsgrove in 2010, which was also marketed and managed by GJS Dillon until it was sold.

GJS Dillon successfully transferred the site from a national surveying practice with minimal disruption to both the Tenants and the Landlord at the June 2015 quarter day.

Several issues had already arisen before GJS Dillon were appointed with regards to the barrier, intercom, landscaping and parking.

These issues were dealt with quickly by meeting with current contractors and where applicable replacing them with good quality local contractors. We also reviewed and enforced all current contracts and SLAs to improve their performance.

GJS Dillon also set up a tenant liaison group to fully utilise all unused car parking spaces and the co-ordination of the security barrier and intercom entrance system, together with CCTV around the site.

The once historically dissatisfied tenants were then managed carefully by GJS Dillon, with regular tenant management meetings, site visits and above all, communication.

What Our Clients Say...

Jon Hickton, Managing Director, Maximus

Having an agent who understands the local business community, and particularly the local office market, has paid dividends, as without GJS Dillon so many local companies would not have taken space on Wildwood. Similarly, when it comes to management a local agent is advantageous because issues can be dealt with quickly and efficiently.
