The Agency Team at GJS Dillon were asked to put in place a proactive targeted marketing campaign for 11 Grade A self contained office buildings known as Topaz Business Park, with a combined net internal area of 45,000 sq ft.

The Solution

As a result of a detailed proactive marketing campaign throughout Worcestershire utilising our contacts within the Worcestershire business community we were able to attract a number of high profile local companies including Handelsbanken, Core Assets, Prestige and Mercian Medical to take office buildings on the site resulting in full occupancy within 14 months of having been appointed as local marketing agents.
