Character investment property in Worcester to be managed by GJS Dillon

A four storey Grade II listed property in a prominent Worcester city centre location is to be managed by Worcestershire commercial property consultancy and Chartered Surveyors GJS Dillon.

The multi-disciplinary commercial property consultancy has been instructed to take over the management of 1 The Tything which is in central Worcester.  The Asset Management team will be responsible for the rent collection, service charge, maintenance advice and day to day tenant management of the property.  Following the completion of a comprehensive refurbishment project, GJS Dillon’s lettings team will take charge of the letting of two vacant suites on the ground and second floors.
