Demand for commercial space in Malvern presents the biggest opportunity in the county

The demand for commercial space in Malvern Hills is at an all-time high because of its improved infrastructure and the growth of the SME market according to a leading Worcestershire commercial property consultancy.

Having sold 4 Malvern Business Centre to a private investor, Andrew Lewis, GJS Dillon’s Associate Director, then acted on behalf of the purchaser to let the property on a temporary basis over the course of the pandemic just as the sale was completing.
