GJS Dillon helps two companies expand into warehouses in ‘trailblazing’ WychavonNovember 2021
A flooring company and a window installation specialist have both found new industrial premises on an established commercial estate in Droitwich with the support of GJS Dillon.
Agha Flooring Ltd has relocated to a 4,617 sq ft detached commercial unit at 10 North Street in Droitwich. As well as providing ample warehouse/industrial accommodation, the unit offers quality first floor space and a secure yard with loading facilities.
A spokesperson from Agha Flooring Ltd said ‘This unit is perfect for us as it offers us the space we need to store and load/unload flooring for delivery. The first floor office accommodation is also extremely useful’
Droitwich Windows Ltd’s new premises at 11 North Street consist of a 2037 sq ft warehouse with flexible storage accommodation, offices and a gated yard area with vehicular access and on-site parking.
‘One of the reasons we chose this unit is that it offers us the extra storage we require for all our stock, as well as the onsite parking needed for our vehicles’ said a spokesperson from Droitwich Windows Ltd said
Andrew Lewis, Associate Director at the Worcestershire commercial property consultancy and Chartered Surveyors negotiated the leases for both companies.
Mr Lewis said ‘Wychavon is trailblazing the way in industrial accommodation by offering new accommodation for the logistics market as well as smaller units for SMEs. Although the new accommodation is proving very popular, as these two lettings indicate, there is a good supply pipeline of warehouse space across the whole district. For industrial occupiers, Droitwich is the perfect location for them as it is so close to Birmingham, Worcester and national motorway networks ’
