GJS DILLON HELPS WORCESTER COMPANIES EXPAND INTO “SOUGHT AFTER” OFFICE SPACE

Worcestershire commercial property consultancy and Chartered Surveyors GJS Dillon has helped two growing local companies expand into highly sought after, good quality office space in and around Worcester.

Acting on behalf of two investors, Mike Pritchard, commercial negotiator at GJS Dillon, let well-presented office suites of 1,178 sq ft at Marmion House in Worcester city centre and of 1,122 sq ft at Elgar Business Centre in Hallow, some four miles to the west of Worcester.

Fancy Dress Worldwide took a new five year lease on Suite 1, 2nd Floor, Marmion House, 1 Copenhagen Street, Worcester, WR1 2HB, at a guide rent of £8psf, while Advanced NDT Limited has also taken a five year lease on 4 Elgar Business Centre, Moseley Road, Hallow, Worcester WR2 6NJ, at an annual guide rent of £12,000.

The move to Marmion House is an expansion for Fancy Dress Worldwide which already has a unit on Shrub Hill Trading Estate in Worcester.  In September this year (2018) it successfully raised £271,000 in a crowdfunding investment scheme as part of its expansion plans which include selling through Amazon and exporting its fancy dress costumes to the USA.

Marmion House was refurbished last year and provides open plan office suites from 529 sq ft up to 1,178 sq ft over three floors with suites currently available.

4 Elgar Business Centre is Advanced NDT Limited’s first office.  The firm, which was established in 1993 and offers a wide range of (NDT) Non Destructive Testing Products, is moving from a home office.
