GJS DILLON LETS WORCESTER BUSINESS UNITS

July 2018

Worcestershire commercial property consultancy GJS Dillon has let two flexible business units at a business park in Hallow near Worcester.

Acting on behalf of private landlords, Mike Pritchard, commercial negotiator at GJS Dillon, let units 11 and 12, Ball Mill Top, Main Road, Hallow, Worcester, WR2 6LS.

Water treatment company Aquabio has taken a new five year lease on Unit 11, a 2,505 sq ft building, next to unit 10 which it already occupies.  At the same time GJS Dillon has let Unit 12 on a new five year lease to Varicon Aqua Solutions, a manufacturer of algae culture systems for wastewater treatment systems and aquaculture, which is relocating from Malvern.

Unit 12 is a 3,282 sq ft flexible business unit with ground floor warehouse / production space with office accommodation on the first floor.

Ball Mill Top is located off the main A443 Worcester Road approximately five miles to the north of Worcester city centre and five miles from both junctions 6 and 7 of the M5 motorway.

“Demand for industrial property across Worcestershire remains strong as local companies seek to grow and others to relocate into the county to take advantage of its first-rate communications, flexible workforce and quality of life,” says Mr Pritchard.
