GJS DILLON SELLS BROMSGROVE WAREHOUSE BUILDING

Worcestershire commercial property consultancy GJS Dillon LLP has sold a 2,772 sq ft warehouse building with internal office and storage facilities in Bromsgrove.

Acting on behalf of the vendor Haven House Investments Limited, Claire Juggins of GJS Dillon sold the freehold of Excelsior House, Buntsford Park Road, Bromsgrove, B60 3DX to Stoke Prior-based MDET Limited for £160,000.

The versatile business premises consists of 2,171 sq ft of office space on the ground and mezzanine floors and 601 sq ft of ground floor warehouse space, with eight dedicated car parking spaces.

Excelsior House is located in a prominent position on Buntsford Park Road which is conveniently situated on the outskirts of Bromsgrove town centre, within two miles of Junctions 4 and 5 of the M5 motorway and junction 1 of the M42.
