GJS Dillon wins third prestigious industry award

Worcestershire commercial property consultancy and Chartered Surveyors GJS Dillon has been named Most Active Single Branch Agency for Industrial Acquisitions & Disposals within the West Midlands for 2020 in a prestigious industry award scheme.

This is the first year that GJS Dillon has won the award which is organised by CoStar Group, Inc., the commercial real estate industry’s data and analytics leader which recognises agencies that closed the highest transaction volume in commercial real estate deals and leads in their respective markets. GJS Dillon also came fifth overall in the award for the Most Active Industrial Agent by Disposal.

This award is the third in close succession for GJS Dillon which was named ‘Most Active Agent in Worcestershire’ in the Estate’s Gazette’s 2019 awards last autumn. Associate Director Andrew Lewis was also named Estates Gazette’s ‘Dealmaker of the Year’ for Worcestershire.

GJS Dillon, which has offices in Droitwich, Worcester and Bromsgrove was established in 2010 and since then has advised on a number of key property transactions for a range of clients including QinteiQ, Maximus and all seven local authorities in Worcestershire.

During 2019 the firm has completed just under 100 deals across Worcestershire. Highlights include the sale of a 15,862 sq ft headquarters office building at Woodgate Valley, the letting of a 24,250 sq ft industrial unit to the Morgan Motor Company and over half a dozen transactions on the popular Saxon and Harris Business Parks in Bromsgrove. The consultancy has also expanded to include a proactive and tailored management service for property investors.
