Grade A Industrial Scheme, Sapphire Court, Fully Let As GJS Dillon Secures Final Three Deals

April 2016

Worcestershire commercial property consultancy GJS Dillon Limited has fully let Sapphire Court, 36,000 sq ft of prime warehouse, distribution and business space on Bromsgrove Technology Park, with the disposal of the final three units.

Acting on behalf of landlord John Lewis Partnership Pension Trust, and their managing agents Langtree Property Partners, John Dillon, managing director of GJS Dillon has let the final 10,000 sq ft of space at Sapphire Court, underlining the high demand for business and industrial units in Worcestershire.

At Sapphire Court, Isidore Road, Bromsgrove Enterprise Park, Bromsgrove, B60 3FP, Tayroc Limited has taken a three year lease on adjoining units C1 and C2 of 5,024 sq ft, at a rent of £6.50psf. Hire 2 Events Limited has taken a five year lease on unit D2 of 3,847 sq ft, also at £6.50psf, while My Bandage Dress Limited has taken a three year lease on unit C5 of 1,402 sq ft, also at £6.50psf.

Sapphire Court is located on Bromsgrove Technology Park, to the south of Bromsgrove town centre and accessed via Aston Road which links to the A38 Bromsgrove Eastern Bypass. The A38 provides access to J5 of the M5 and J1 of the M42.

Mr Dillon said: “When we were first appointed as agents for Sapphire Court I said that this is one of the best new industrial schemes in Worcestershire and we have been proved right, as it is now fully let.

“The high demand for the new premium units at Sapphire Court reflects the strength of demand for industrial units across the county.

“It is no surprise that businesses want to be based in Worcestershire which is one of the UK’s premier business locations. It has excellent communications, through easy access to the M5, M42, and M40, and to Birmingham, London and international airports, a flexible workforce, significant industry clusters, key lifestyle factors, and there is useful assistance from the LEP, County Council and other public sector bodies. Only last November (2105) it was named as the most productive LEP area in England.”
