JP Dillon Launches New Management Arm

May 2012

WORCESTERSHIRE commercial property consultancy JP Dillon has launched a property management service.

The Bromsgrove-based agency has appointed a new member of staff to help run the management service.

Claire Juggins, who has more than ten years’ experience in the property industry, has joined as management co-ordinator. She will work closely with managing director John Dillon to provide the new management service for clients.

And the new service has already attracted its first clients.

Property developer Maximus has appointed JP Dillon to manage the collection of rent and service charge at its office developments at Wildwood Triangle in Worcester and at Topaz in Bromsgrove.

And JP Dillon has been appointed by a major SIPP pension fund provider to manage a multi-let office building in Bromsgrove on its behalf.
John Dillon said: “Even before we launched our own service, we were receiving enquiries from Worcestershire developers, local property owners and pension funds about supplying more local and cost effective property management.

“Many local companies who own property through a SIPP are forced to take on a firm of large national surveyors to provide management services for the building from a remote location. In some cases they never even visit the property, but still charge a hefty fee.
“We can provide a local, hands-on management service which we feel local property owners are looking for.”
