Planning Firm Plans For Its Own Future Following Move

May 2014

A WORCESTERSHIRE planning and development consultancy is moving into new offices in Belbroughton following a deal transacted by property consultancy GJS Dillon.

Planning Prospects has taken over the offices in Nash Lane after acquiring the freehold from private landlords. The consultancy plans to move into the offices from its current location in Worcester.

Planning Prospects is a planning, development and regeneration consultancy providing advice to a range of public and private sector clients across the country on all aspects of planning including retail, residential, leisure, employment and urban regeneration.

The modern two-storey offices at 4 Mill Pool, Nash Lane, cover 1,550 sq ft and include seven parking spaces.

Claire Juggings of GJS Dillon, who acted for the vendor, said, “This is a high quality modern office building comprising ground floor and first floor office accommodation in an attractive setting.

“I am sure it will suit Planning Prospects’ requirements.”
