The Asset Management Department is headed up by Adam Jones, a Chartered Surveyor with 15 years of experience in managing a wide variety of national and local portfolios. Adam having worked for both property consultancies and for an in-house property management team understands the importance of Landlord and Tenant liaison.
Adam is supported day to day in the team by Michelle Whitehead, whose diverse experience in both accountancy and business management, has meant she has developed somewhat of an expertise in management accounts, service charge accounts, rental arrears and tenant vetting.
The Asset Management Team is able to draw upon the vast expertise of our Agency and Building Service Teams to ensure that all of our management clients have up to date local market knowledge with practical planned management programmes.

Project and Maintenance Works
We are able to budget, tender, benchmark and supervise all aspects of project or maintenance works. Whether it be ongoing, planned, preventive, ad-hoc or emergency works, we work with our in-house building surveying team and a number of approved contractors to provide the best value solution for our clients.
