The Valuation and Professional Services Team is led by Jonathan Mountford, a director at GJS Dillon with over 25 years’ experience working with banks, lending institutions, high profile clients and individuals in London, Birmingham, Herefordshire and Worcestershire.
Jonathan, a RICS Registered Valuer, runs the Valuation and Professional Services Team to deal with commercial and residential valuations and Homebuyers Reports together with commercial rent reviews and lease renewal negotiations. The department acts as Panel Valuer for most of the main High Street banks and lending institutions, however it is equally skilled at acting for individuals, property companies and SIPP and SASS pension funds when it comes to the valuation of premises.
