A multi award-winning Chartered Surveyor, John has more than 25 years’ commercial property experience in Worcestershire and the wider West Midlands. He oversees the transactional (sales, lettings and acquisitions) and property management teams, personally advising a number of the county’s developers, landlords and public sector bodies, and is a particular expert in the acquisition of industrial and office properties. Born and bred in Worcestershire, John lives in Hartlebury.
Jonathan Mountford Director of Valuation and Professional Services
Jonathan started his surveying career in London before moving back home to the West Midlands and Worcestershire, where he has worked as a chartered surveyor for the past 15 years. Jonathan is responsible for the Valuations and Professional Services department, specialising in all types of commercial and residential valuations, rent reviews and lease renewals.
Adam Jones Director of Property Asset Management

Adam began his surveying career in London where he undertook his post graduate diploma in estate management and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor. After six years in London Adam returned to his home county of Worcestershire where he spent the next ten years of his career as an asset manager to a privately owned property portfolio. As Director of Property Asset Management he works closely with Landlords and Tenants to ensure all parties are being provided with a proactive and tailored management service whilst also maximising investment returns.
Andrew Lewis Associate Director of Commercial Agency

Andrew qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in London, where he gained six years of experience in a multidisciplinary practice before moving back home to Worcestershire and the West Midlands. Andrew is responsible for the Commercial Agency team advising on sales, lettings and acquisitions across the county.
Lynne Davies Practice Manager
Having worked in the commercial property sector for 20 years Lynne has an extensive background in all aspects of commercial property. Lynne is our Practice Manager and PA to John Dillon and is also part of the Property Management Team, looking after our portfolio of managed properties.
Brad Faulks Associate Director of Commercial Valuations

Brad first joined GJS Dillion as Consultant Surveyor in 2019 before joining on a full time basis at the start of 2020 as the Associate Director responsible for the Commercial Valuations department.
Brad started his career in Melbourne, Australia, returning to Worcestershire in 2012 with his wife and young family where he has lived and worked ever since. Throughout his career he has successfully managed a number of large scale and high profile developments and in 2011 became an award winning Development Manager. GJS Dillon’s Commercial Valuations department specialises in all types of commercial valuations, rent reviews and lease renewals.
Michelle Whitehead Property Manager
Experienced in both property management and finance, Michelle looks after our portfolio of managed properties on a day to day basis. Her practical approach and ability to build long term relationships with both landlord and tenant contributes to the continued growth of this area of the business. Living in Worcestershire, Michelle knows the local area well.
Charlie Green North Worcestershire Commercial Negotiator
Charlie brings with her over 20 years in retails sales and management and excellent customer service skills. She is enthusiastic, personable and self-motivated and is proficient in establishing an excellent rapport with our clients. Charlie oversees the North Worcestershire area dealing with both sales and lettings, where she has built a strong client base helping both owners and applicants with all their property needs.
Henry Burlison Churan South Worcestershire Commercial Negotiator
Henry works in the Agency team overseeing the Worcester and South Worcestershire area. With previous experience of working in the Worcestershire property sector, he has transferred his skills to advise property owners, landlords and tenants on letting and selling within the commercial sector. Henry is currently working towards becoming a qualified Surveyor.
Karen Coles PA/Administrator, Building Surveying Services
Having worked for over fifteen years in the property industry, Karen provides secretarial and admin support for our Building Surveying Services team, with support to both the Professional and Valuation Services and Management Departments. Concentrating on Schedules of Condition and Dilapidations, together with Building Survey Reports, Karen produces high quality reports for a wide variety of private and commercial clients, landlords and tenants.
Wendy Morgan PA/Administrator, Valuation and Professional Services
Wendy has enjoyed varied Administrator roles for over 20 years, working for several surveying companies in Worcester. She is PA to Jonathan Mountford, Director of the Professional Services Department, dealing with a varied portfolio of reports and valuations. Wendy lives in Worcester.
Hollie Shaw PA/Administrator, Agency Team
Hollie has joined us following 12 years working within the Legal Sector. She has extensive local knowledge and provides admin support to our Agency team, liaising with clients and ensuring that everything is in place for the marketing of properties. Hollie is also PA to Andrew Lewis.
