Worcester Retail Letting

Acting on behalf of a family trust, Worcestershire commercial property consultancy GJS Dillon LLP has let a large retail unit in Worcester city centre.

National chain of health food shops Revital Ltd has taken a new 10 year lease on 49 The Shambles, Worcester, at an initial annual rent of £55,000.

The unit has a ground floor sales area of 1,278 sq ft and a first floor area of 392 sq ft.

Philip Jones, partner at GJS Dillon said: “This letting proves that well located retail units are still proving attractive for retailers keen to access the Worcester market.”
