We’re hiring - Chartered Surveyor (Landlord and Tenant)

We are looking for a full or part time Chartered Surveyor to work within our professional services team. If you have experience with commercial rent reviews and lease renewals, are willing to help with commercial valuations, good attention to detail and great communication skills, then take a look at the details below.


Responsibilities

You will be working within our busy Valuations, Rent Reviews and Lease Renewals team and will be responsible for carrying out Commercial rent reviews and lease renewals with occasional Commercial valuation work .

Full support and training will be provided.

  1. Inspecting and measuring office, industrial and retail premises

  2. Preparing rent review / lease renewal reports and researching comparables

  3. Reporting to the client with our recommendations

  4. Negotiating with the Landlord / Tenant or the other sides Surveyor


Desired qualifications

MRICS or FRICS with two years post qualification experience

  1. Knowledge of Landlord & Tenant negotiations (rent review & Lease renewals)

  2. Knowledge of Co-Star or similar comparable databases

  3. Understanding of lease agreements and tenant relations

  4. Training provided to provide RICS Valuations

Hours

Flexible, allowing a good work/home balance, office based (Droitwich) and local travel required.
