Since 2019, Evesham Properties Limited (EPL) has relied on GJS Dillon to manage their commercial investment, Stella House, a 30,000 sq ft office campus in Evesham. At the time of appointment, the property was vacant, and EPL required local, trusted expertise to transform the site into a thriving, well-managed commercial space. As EPL is not based locally, they needed a partner who could provide full-service property management and professional advice across all aspects of commercial property ownership.
