Cotswold Panel Products, a manufacturer of award-winning panel-based furniture for sectors including office, education, hospitality, and events, was seeking larger premises to support business growth. After several years of searching and two unsuccessful attempts at relocating, the company needed a site that could accommodate expanded production capabilities, new machinery, and operational efficiency.

GJS Dillon was instructed to secure a suitable tenant on behalf of the landlord at Worcester Road, Evesham. Our role included:
Marketing the site to attract the right tenant
Managing negotiations between the landlord, tenant, and legal representatives
Coordinating the lease completion process to ensure a smooth transition

Promoted the Worcester Road site, highlighting its gated entrance, yard area, under-croft parking, and total gross internal area of 24,432 sq. ft. (12,270 sq. m.)
Managed multiple interested parties, ensuring the right match between landlord and tenant
Facilitated discussions and agreements with solicitors and contractors to enable a timely and efficient letting
Cotswold Panel Products were able to move in and become operational within just a few months, overcoming prior relocation challenges.
Outcome
A 10-year lease was successfully secured for the entire Worcester Road site.
Cotswold Panel Products established a new manufacturing hub, significantly larger than their previous premises.
The new facility allowed the company to expand production, install energy-saving systems, and accommodate new machinery.
The letting reflected the continued demand for high-quality, well-located commercial premises in Evesham and the wider Worcestershire area.
